Emergency Contact Procedures

Should a child be injured or become ill while in school, it is essential that we be able to contact a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.  It is very important, therefore, that every household fill out the “Emergency & Illness Information” form that each child will receive the first week of school.  This form must be filled out and returned to school immediately.

If your child is ill, please do not send him/her to school.  Parents of any child too ill or fatigued to follow the school program will be called to pick up the student.
