2014-15 Registration and Tuition Information

 Registration Information for the 2014/2015 School Year

If you would like to enroll your child in St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Academy, you may come to the school office at 12 Newel Street between the hours of 8am and 3pm when school is in session. Please fill out the following registration form.

Tuition

The tuition for grades PK4-8 for the 2014-2015 school year is as follows:

  • 1 child                  $4,550.00
  • 2 children            $6,850.00
  • 3 or more children            $8,400.00

Tuition for PK3 is as follows:

  • $5,250.00 if no other child in our school
  • $4,250.00 if a sibling attends our school
  • $4,250.00 if only ½ day attendance

Payment Information

Payment options:

  • A 2% discount if tuition is paid in full before the last day of school in June, 2014.
  • Two payments – the first payment is due September 10th and the final payment on January 15th.
  • Monthly payments – over a 9 month period

There is a non-refundable per child registration fee, due at time of registration and payable as follows:

  • $200.00 if paid by April 9, 2014
  • $250.00 if paid by June 4, 2014
  • $300.00 if paid by September 3, 2014

For new students, in addition to the non-refundable registration fee, three non-refundable tuition payments are due as follows:

  • April 9
  • June 4
  • September 3

Payment Methods

  • Payment of registration and tuition fees must be made with a bank check or money order
  • No cash will be accepted due to diocesan regulations

Additional Information

The number of required parent volunteer service hours is 25 or a fee of $350.00.

Each student is required to participate in two major fundraisers per year (November/May Raffle of $50.00 each per child).  Parents are asked to support any and all other school fundraisers.

  • Copy of your child’s birth certificate. For Pre-K3, a child must be 3 years old before December 31, 2013
  • Copy of your child’s Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
  • Copy of your child’s First Communion Certificate (if applicable)
  • Copy of Immunization Record
