Letter from the Principal

Dear Students and Parents,

Welcome to a new school year at St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Academy. The beginning of a new school year is an exciting time. We look forward to seeing all of our friends again and to discover and learn all the marvelous things a new grade has in store for us.

St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Academy¬†is the perfect place to begin this journey. With Jesus Christ and His teachings as our guide, we strive to educate the whole child — intellectually, spiritually, socially, physically, and emotionally. Our Catholic traditions and values play an integral role in our daily activities.

A primary goal of our school is to enable our students to achieve their greatest potential in a safe environment. We have earned Middle States accreditation by consistently promoting academic achievement. The teachers adhere to the NYS curriculum standards and utilize a variety of methods, materials, and technology in order to accomplish their goals in a nurturing and challenging environment. Our motto is, “More learning for more students in more ways more of the time.”

We recognize parental involvement in their children’s education as a vital component to success. A formidable team is created when school and the home work together for the best interests of the students.

Let us then all accept the challenge to, with the help of Christ, the master teacher, make 2010-2011 a banner year for St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Academy as a model of excellence in Catholic education.

With love and prayers,
Mrs. Christina Cieloszczyk (Mrs. C)
